Rifle, crossbow & hunting scopes
Fixed- and variable-power platforms configured for your target user, channel, and price point. Select 30mm or 34mm aluminium tubes, FFP or SFP reticles, MOA or MIL adjustments, and brand-specific finishes. Each program can include collimation, nitrogen purge, and waterproof seal verification to the agreed specification.
Red dots — open & enclosed
Open- and enclosed-emitter red-dot platforms engineered around the required footprint, window, dot size, controls, and duty cycle. Housings are machined from 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 aluminium, followed by controlled optical and electronic integration, sealing, and program-defined drop and recoil validation.
Mounts & rails
Scope mounts, optic mounts, and accessory rails manufactured to your interface, height, weight, and retention requirements. Available in plate-machined or forged 7075-T6 aluminium with hardcoat anodizing; critical Picatinny and M-LOK geometry is verified by lot.
Laser sights & gun lights
Visible and IR laser sights, weapon lights, and integrated laser-light modules tailored to the intended platform and use case. We coordinate housing manufacture, emitter and electronic integration, control layout, sealing, and durability validation as one OEM/ODM program.
Bipods & tripods
Precision-machined bipods and tripods for shooting, hunting, and field-optics applications. Configure leg geometry, locking detents, extension range, swivel and tilt behavior, and Picatinny or Arca-style interfaces around your product brief.

Precision machining精密机加工
Mounts, housings, scope tubes, and rail systems are machined from 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 aluminium, with Swiss turning for small precision components. Process planning focuses on the features that determine real product performance: concentric bores, rail interfaces, threads, recoil lugs, and repeatable fit across production lots.
Engineering & assembly工程与装配
Our engineering team turns performance targets into manufacturable optical-mechanical designs, fixtures, and inspection plans. Optical and electronic integration, collimation, reticle alignment, and nitrogen purging are completed in dedicated clean assembly areas, with verification before final sealing.
Finishing & laser marking表面处理与激光打标
Match durability, appearance, and brand identity with Type II or Type III anodizing, high-durability ceramic coatings, hydrographic patterns, and fiber-laser marking. Colors, logos, serial formats, and data-matrix codes are controlled as part of the approved build.

Quality is planned into the program before production begins. Hexagon CMM and Keyence scanning support dimensional verification down to ±0.002mm, while drop, recoil, water-seal, and weathering tests are applied where the specification requires them. Inspection and functional records stay linked to the relevant production lot.

Validation can include drop testing, recoil simulation, IPX7/IPX8 water-seal verification, and accelerated UV weathering. Test methods, sample sizes, and acceptance criteria are agreed by program so the evidence reflects the product's intended use.
